I didn't have an appointment because I called last week to make one and no one called me back. So I went in to get a time and have a tire aired up. I was immediately give a time for right then (no trip back next weeK) and the tire had a nail. The attendant showed me pictures which convinced me a new set of tires was needed which was promptly taken care of. However, he told me the tires I needed were in stock, but really only 3 were which involved a much longer wait.
I had some warning codes pop up Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. Called and made appointment to get in on Monday. Zack made situation stress free. Took care of getting me taken care of in a quick amount of time and kept me informed through entire process. All issues were covered under warranty and it was completed in a very reasonable and quick amount of time considering the scope of work being done. Entire experience was top notch, while the situation was not something wanted, I am very happy that Hatchett and Zack as my customer service agent took care of everything. Definitely very satisfied and happy with support and work done.
Kato was knowledgeable and very helpful. I really appreciate that he wasn’t just trying to sell me every service in the book that wasn’t needed. He made a mistake when telling me the price on something and had it covered before I even knew there was a mistake. I will come there for service from now on!
